- The subject of the order covers periodic supplies of food. products for the needs of DG "Zora" - Plovdiv, in accordance with the TC and the samples of the TP and CP. The specific items (OP) are as follows:
OP 1 "Deliveries of bread";
OP 2 "Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables";
OP 3 "Deliveries of canned and processedprocessed fruits and vegetables, packaged food products and pulses";
OP 4 "Supply of milk and dairy food products";
OP 5 "Delivery of meat and meat food products, fish and eggs".
The conditions under which it will be implemented the subject of the order, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority andof the contractor, are according to: the contract draft; TC; TP and CP of the contractor, for each position.
The contract that will be concluded with the designated contractor will be valid according to the draft contract.
On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of ZOP, OP 1 "Delivery of bread", is assigned according to the order valid forits individual estimated value - art. 20, para. 4 of the PPA (direct procurement).
