- The subject of the order covers a period. food supplies. products in resp. with the TC and the samples of the TP and CP for the vehicle. positions, which are:
OP 1 "Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables";
OP 2 "Delivery of packaged food. products and pulses";
OP3 "Supply of milk and dairy food. products";
OP 4 "Deliveries to mace and meat food. products, fish and eggs";
OP5 "Deliveries of canned and processed fruits and vegetables";
OP6 "Deliveries of bread".
The terms of the order, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are according to: the draft contract; TC; TP and CP.
The contract that will be concluded with uthe private party designated as the executor of the relevant OP will be valid for 12 months. It is envisaged that the contract will be renewed once under the same conditions, including term, volume and total value, under the conditions specified in the draft contract.
On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, OP 6 is assigned under reda, valid for its individual estimated value - art. 20, para. 4 of the PPA.
