- The subject of the order covers a period. food supplies. products in resp. with the TC and the samples of the TA and CP for the specific positions - an integral part of the documentation for the public procurement. The specific positions are:
OP 1 "Delivery of bread and pasta"
OP 2 "Delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables
OP 3 "Supplies of canned and processed fruits and vegetables, packaged food products and pulses"
OP 4 "Supply of milk and dairy food products"
OP 5 "Supplies of meat and meat food products, fish and eggs"
The conditions, in which the subject of the order will be realized, as they doand the obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor are according to: the draft contract; TC; TP and CP.
The contract, which will be concluded with the participant designated as the executor of the relevant OP, will be valid for 12 months. It is planned that the contract will be renewed once under the same conditions, inclusivebut term, volume and total value, under the conditions specified in the draft contract.
