- I. The subject of the order is the supply of food products - fresh fruits and vegetables for the needs of DG "Raya", city of Plovdiv.
The supplies included in the subject of this public procurement are described in the Technical Specifications - Part II, attached to the participation documentation.
The subject of the order covers periodic deliveries of food products - fresh fruits and vegetables in accordance with the technical specification and samples of technical and price proposals - an integral part of the documentation. The execution of all deliveries on the subject of the order will be carried out after prior request from the Kindergarten Director or an official appointed by him. The conditions under which the subject of the order will be implemented, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting authority and the contractor, are according to: the draft contract; the technical specification; the technical and the price contractor's proposals.
2. Ensuring a correct feeding regime for children, taking into account the requirements of the Health Act and the normative acts on its implementation; 3. Improving the quality and conditions under which children are fed; 4. Increasing the speed of delivery when food products are needed.
