• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement includes periodic supplies of fresh fruits and vegetables for the needs of the units of municipal budget support in the territory of the city of Plovdiv. The order is structured in two separate items: Separate item No. 1 - delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables; Separate position No. 2 - delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 on organic production and labeling of organic products. Delivered products should meet the quality and safety requirements according to the current European and national legislation, including the standards for offering on the market under Delegated Regulation (EU) 2023/2429, the requirements regarding the maximum permissible quantities of pesticide residues and contaminants in food, hygiene requirements for food transport, as well as the applicable provisions of the Food Act. Deliveries are made according to previously submitted requests to administrative addresses in the territory of the city of Plovdiv, under the conditions and within the terms specified in the documentation. The prices are subject to periodic updating based on an official bulletin of "SAPI" EOOD, according to the terms of the technical specification. The indicated quantities are approximate, as the contracting authority declares deliveries according to the real needs until the total estimated value of the contract is reached.
