The subject of the order includes supplies of biological fruit and vegetable preserves and packaged food products produced in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labeling of organic products and for repeal of Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 of the Council on the needs of nurseries and children's kitchens located in the territory of the "West" region with the aim of: providing quality, healthy and nutritious food for children; Ensuring a proper diet children, taking into account the requirements of the Health Act and the normative acts on its implementation; Improving the quality and conditions under which children are fed; Increasing the speed of delivery when food is needed products. Deliveries will be made to the free warehouse (receiving premises) in the buildings of the respective nurseries and children's kitchens according to their prior requests and according to their working hours.
