- Description:
- Delivery of 1 new base vehicle with a water tank upgrade, according to Technical Specification - Appendix #1. The scope of the public order includes the delivery of 1 new basic vehicle, with an upgrade - a factory new tank, as well as the accompanying warranty support services in the warranty period proposed by the participant, in accordance with the requirements in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. Note: Warranty maintenance refers to removal at the Contractor's expense during the warranty period, of all damages and/or inconsistencies, respectively replacement of defective parts and/or components that fall within the terms and scope of the warranty, within the warranty liability of the contractor. The delivery and replacement of the consumables for the periodic technical services of the car are included in the scope of this public procurement and are the responsibility of the Contractor. The basic car with a water tank superstructure must meet the requirements of Ordinance No. H-21 of 19 December 2023 on the requirements for clean vehicles and Directive (EU) 2019/1161 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 amending Directive 2009/33/EC on the promotion of clean and energy-efficient road vehicles funds.
