• The present public procurement is subject to: DELIVERY OF 1 BR. A NEW ALL-ELECTRIC VEHICLE FOR THE SOCIAL SERVICE "DAY CENTER FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES" The public contract awarded within the framework of this procedure is enforceable under the conditions described in Instructions, Technical specification and Draft contract - part of the documentation for participation in the procedure. The public order is for the implementation of investments according to procedure, through the direct provision of funds from the recovery and sustainability mechanism BG-RRP-13.011 "Purchase of electric vehicles, including associated charging stations for the provision of social services". The investment includes: Purchase of electric vehicles and associated charging stations for the purpose of providing social services. The measure responds to the need to modernize and decarbonize the vehicle fleet used in the provision of social services by municipalities. The measure is of particular importance in view of the growing mobile needs in the social sphere, especially in the context of deinstitutionalization and transition to community and home-based services. Replacing old diesel and petrol cars with electric vehicles will result in significant reductions in carbon emissions as well and to fuel and maintenance savings.
