• Description:
• The scope of the public order includes the delivery of a factory-new front-end loader with an attached cargo bucket, for the needs of OP SPTO and the accompanying services for warranty and out-of-warranty service within the warranty period proposed by the participant and training of the Employer's personnel, in accordance with the requirements described in the technical specification. Out-of-warranty service will be provided as necessary within the warranty period and includes technical support/repair and delivery of spare parts, as a result of damage occurring during the operation of the delivered equipment, which are not included and are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and have been proven not to have occurred through the Contractor's fault. The environment intended for the operation of the front loader is industrial, typical for the operation of a landfill for mixed household waste.
