Description:
The total estimated value of the public procurement is BGN 99 800.00 (ninety -nine thousand eight hundred levs and zero pennies) excluding VAT.
In the case of bidding by a participant of a higher value than the forecast, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure.

Motives: The provision of Art. 46, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act provides that when the contracting authority decides that it is not appropriate to divide the public procurement into lots, in the decision to open the procedure, it shall indicate the reasons for this. The division of the subject of a public procurement, as well as the separation of separate Positions in it are in the operative independence of the contracting authority, in compliance with the basic principles enshrined in the Public Procurement Act. In this case, the subject of the order is united and indivisible, which does not allow the separation into lots.
