- Delivery of 3 (three) new unused passenger cars for the needs of the "Brackets" department to "Parking and garages - Blagoevgrad" EOOD" under the terms of a financial lease according to the Technical Specification approved by the Contracting Authority. The scope of activities is according to the Technical Specifications attached to the participation documentation. The technical characteristics and technical requirements for the cars subject to delivery under this procedure are specified in the Technical Specification under this public order. The financing of this public procurement will be provided by means of the Contracting Authority under the terms of a financial lease. The financing at the time of the opening of the procedure is not fully secured and according to Art. 114 of the ZOP, the contract will be with deferred execution. Pursuant to Art. 2, par. 3, b."c" of Regulation 2018/858, expressly stated as an exception in the Ordinance on clean vehicles: any self-propelled vehicle, designed and manufactured specifically for carrying out work, which, due to their constructional characteristics, are not suitable for the carriage of passengers or the carriage of goods and which do not constitute machinery mounted on the chassis of a motor vehicle. Given that, the subject of this public procurement does not fall under the scope of the Clean Vehicles Ordinance.
