Description:
The total estimated value of the public procurement is BGN 146,500.00 (one hundred forty-six thousand five hundred BGN and zero cents) excluding VAT.
In the event that a participant bids a higher value than the estimate, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure.
Place of order fulfillment: the relevant structure indicated by the Contracting Authority, located in the "NI Pirogov" UMBALSM: Sofia, 21 "Totleben" Blvd.
Deadline for order fulfillment:
The term for delivery of the medical equipment is: up to 90 (ninety) calendar days. The term begins to run from the conclusion of the contract.
Validity period of offers: 6 (six) months, counted from the deadline for receiving offers.
Possibility to present variants in the offers: Variability of the offers is not allowed.
Terms and method of financing and payment:
Funding with own funds.
Payments of the amounts due will be made according to bank transfer, in Bulgarian leva to a bank account specified by the Contractor, within 60 (sixty) calendar days, according to the draft contract.
Economically the most advantageous offer will be determined based on the award criterion: "lowest price", according to Art. 70, para. 2, item 1 ZOP. The proposed total value without VAT to the second decimal place is subject to evaluation.
