Description:
The assignor of this order is the Director of "YUZDP" DP - Blagoevgrad. The contracting authority makes a decision to open a procedure for awarding a public procurement, with which it approves the public procurement announcement and the documentation for participation in the procedure. The procedure is opened on the basis of Art.73, paragraph 1 in connection with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code. The funds for the implementation of the public order should be provided within the framework of a project under the Measure "Improving the environmental protection status of forest natural habitats and supporting the ecosystem services provided by forests, through an appliedis of forestry practices and afforestation", which is planned to be implemented by "YUZDP" DP with the financial support of OPOS (2014-2020). 3, para. 1, item 2 of the ZOP.
