"Delivery of Accounting Books and Forms, Cash Rolls, Folders, Notebooks and Paper Clips for the Needs of the Municipality of Plovdiv and the Units of Municipal Budget Support", under Two Separate Items
The subject of the order covers periodic deliveries of accounting books and forms, cash rolls, folders, notebooks and paper clips, according to the specified items in accordance with the Technical Specification and samples of Technical and Price Proposals for the specified items - an integral part of the Documentationa.
The execution of all activities will be carried out after preliminary requests from the Contracting Authority and its structural units submitted to the contractor in writing.
Deliveries will be made to the administrative address specified in each specific request in the territory of the city of Plovdiv.
The conditions, underwhich the subject of the order will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting party and the contractor, are according to: the Draft contract; The technical specification; The technical and price proposals of the contractor, for each position.
The contract that will be concluded with the participant designated for theemployee of a relevant position, will be valid for 12 months.
