Description:
The object of this public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.
The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement are described and regulated in the Technical Specification, PART II of the participation documentation.
Performance of supply activities inair filters for air conditioning and ventilation installations, for the needs of the VMA and its subordinate structures, by types and quantities, for which characteristics and requirements are presented in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, an integral part of the documentation.ically, after receiving prior written requests from the Contracting Authority. The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification (total for all nomenclature units 7449 pieces) are indicative/forecast and the deliveries depend on the current needs of the BMA. The contracting authority has no obligation to declare (order) tsthe total quantity and/or all nomenclatures.
