• Description:
• The object of this public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Civil Code. The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public procurement are described and regulated in the Technical Specification, PART 2 of the documentation for participation. Carrying out activities for the supply of air filters for air conditioning and ventilation installations, for the needs of the VMA and its subordinate structures, by types and quantities, for which characteristics and requirements are presented in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 is an integral part of the documentation. Deliveries of the goods will be made periodically, after receiving prior written requests from the Contracting Authority. The quantities specified in the Technical Specification (total for all nomenclature units - 4703 number) are indicative/forecast and deliveries depend on the current needs of the MMA. The contracting authority has no obligation to declare (order) the entire quantity and/or all the nomenclatures. Within the framework of the contract period, the Contracting Authority, depending on its current needs, will declare the required quantities of goods until the estimated value is reached. The contracting authority reserves the right, if necessary: to change the quantities of goods indicated in the Technical Specification, according to his needs; to refuse delivery of certain types of goods included in the specification, in the event of suspension of production, structural changes in the BMA, as well as when the need to provide a specified type of goods ceases; to declare new species which ...
