- Delivery and installation of factory-made and type-tested concrete metering switchgear (BRUM) with outside service for 3 inputs/outputs and "Metering" 20 kV, with an estimated, non-binding quantity for the duration of the contract - 15 pieces. According to Regulation 2024/573 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 February 2024 on fluorinated greenhouse gases (Regulation 2024/573) and in relation to its application in relation to groups of equipment, among which: electrical switching equipment containing fluorine-containing greenhouse gases (Article 13, paragraph 9, letter "a"), as well as other types of equipment (air conditioning, refrigeration, heat pumps, etc.) containing these gases, from 01.01.2026 the commissioning of electrical switching equipment is prohibited until 24kV that uses SF6 or other fluorinated greenhouse gases as insulating or breaking medium. In this regard, in this public procurement, the contracting authority foresees options for participation and submission of offers, as follows: Option 1: Delivery and installation of a 20kV concrete metering switchgear (BRUM) with switchgear with insulation from gases of natural origin; Option 2: Supply and installation of 20kV concrete metering switchgear (BMMS) with gas-insulated switchgear with global warming potential GWPā¤1000; Option 3: Supply and installation of 20kV concrete metering switchgear (BRUM) with switchgear with SF6 gas insulation.
