Description:
The subject of the public order includes the delivery and installation of new and unused tire tracks - a set of 4 pieces for a Logset 6HP GTE harvester, for the needs of "Southwest State Enterprise" DP. The requirements for the set of tire tracks - the subject of the public procurement are specified in theirthe Czech specification.
The contracting authority does not allow the presentation of variants of the offer. Each participant has the right to submit only one bid. The submission of an offer obliges the participants to fully accept all requirements and conditions specified in the documentation in compliance with the ZOP and PPZOP and all other butregulatory acts related to the subject of the order.
Offers should meet the requirements specified in the documentation and be formatted according to the samples attached to the documentation. The samples attached to the documentation are mandatory. A participant who submitted an offer that has not been prepared in accordanceo mandatory samples will be removed from participation!
