- The purpose of this public procurement is to select a contractor to carry out activities of delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of air conditioners for domestic heating in residential properties of persons whose solid fuel heating devices will be replaced with alternative heating devicesdevices of electricity.
The chosen contractor carries out delivery and installation of each air conditioner at the address of the final recipient. The final recipient is the person in whose property (specified by the Employer) the air-conditioning equipment is installed.
