- Delivery and installation of an air-water heat pump system for the buildings of the National Academy of Arts. The scope includes delivery, installation, commissioning of two air-water heat pump units, as well as training of the Employer's personnel. The technical parameters of a heat pump system air - water are detailed in Appendix No. 1 Technical Specification.
The scope includes: for Detached Site 1 "South Building" - 1.1. Delivery of essential items:
• Heat pump unit air-water, equipped with a spiral compressor - 2 pcs. compressor circuit working with
refrigerant R 32; cooling capacity: 153 kW; heating power: 169.8 kW; noise level: 72.6 dB(A);
supply voltage: 400 V; input electrical power: 58.0 kW; EER: 2.64; operating temperature conditions:
heating up to −5 C; cooling up to 35 C. Quantity: 1 pc.
• Water-water plate heat exchanger, heating: 180 kW; cooling: 175 kW 1 pc.
• Circulation pump for heat pump unit with inverter control 45/10 1 pc.
• Circulation pump for heat pump unit with inverter control 45/15 1 pc.
• Buffer tank - 1000 l - 1 pc.
• Propylene glycol - concentrate - 600 l
• Supply cable SVT 5x25 mm2, laying underground in corrugated pipe 0110 100 m (incl. delivery and installation).
