• Description:
• The subject of the order provides for delivery, installation, initial inclusion and settings of the delivered equipment, compatible with the used analog two- or four-wire interfaces, upgrading and expansion of ports and interfaces, conducting 168 hourly tests and commissioning of two complete sets of sound recording devices for recording the operational-technological voice conversations of the dispatchers working in the unified dispatch centers for controlling the movement of trains - ECSUD Plovdiv and ECSUD Gorna Oryahovitsa, as well as complete sets of spare parts and spare modules for the equipment. The order also includes on-site training of specialists from the Employer's staff for configuration and administration of the delivered equipment. For fulfillment of the requirements of art. 122 of Ordinance No. 58 of 02.08.2006 on the Rules for the technical operation, movement of trains and signaling in railway transport of the Minister of Transport and Communications in the three dispatch centers, Sofia, Plovdiv and Gorna Oryahovitsa have installed sound recording devices, which register and record all conversations held, orders given, etc. With the modernization of ECUDV Sofia, located in Sofia Central Station, it was completely replaced dispatchers' telecommunications equipment, including the sound recording device.
