On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP, Separate position No. 3 will be assigned according to the order of assignment for the individual and estimated value, i.e. according to the order of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Procedure Code - by direct assignment. Participants do not submitoffers for Special Item No. 3.
