Description:
The present public procurement is divided into three lots as follows:
Lot # 1: "Delivery and installation of furniture for the building of the Nursery" Winnie the Pooh ", Yambol" with an estimated value of 42 476,50 leva excluding VAT.
Lot 2: "Delivery and installation of furniture For the building of the Old People's House, Yambol "with an estimated value of 74 217,40 leva excluding VAT.
Lot 3 "Delivery of furniture for the needs of Yambol Municipality" with an estimated value of 6050.00 leva excluding VAT.
The total estimated value of this public procurement is in the amount of BGN 122 743,90 excluding VAT.
21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, Lot No. 3 will be assigned in accordance with the order of assignment for individual and estimated value, that is, in accordance with Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Law - by direct award. Participants should not submit tenders for lot 3.
Pursuant to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act and in view of the total estimated value of the whole order (122 743,90 BGN without VAT), the residual value of BGN 116 693,90 without VAT (which is an estimated value for a lot 1 and a lot 2) is awarded with the present public procurement - through an "open procedure" in accordance with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act.
