- "Delivery and installation of metal cabinets for the purposes of a project to build a research infrastructure for the needs of the Faculty of Physics at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" under an agreement... 1. The subject of the public procurement is "supply of goods" within the meaning of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, and the selected Contractor should carry out "Delivery and installation of metal cabinets for the purposes of a project to build a research infrastructure for the needs of the Faculty of Physics at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" under agreement D01-367/14.12.2023 between the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Education and Culture". A detailed description of the requirements for the execution of the order, the parameters of the EQUIPMENT, subject of the order, quantities and values is contained in part II. "TECHNICALLY SPECIFICATIONS AND TERMS OF ORDER FULFILLMENT" of the documentation. 2.2. Order execution includes 2 stages: 1) Delivery of the furniture in the building of the Faculty of Physics (FzF) of SU "St. Kliment Ohridski". 2) Installation of the furniture in the building of Faculty of Physics (FzF) of SU "St. Kliment Ohridski". Completion of the stages will be certified by the signing of a handover protocol by proper representatives of the Contractor and the Contracting Authority. Important: The deadlines for the implementation of the stages should be in accordance with the general term for the execution of the order, which cannot be longer than 90 days, counted from the date of signing the contract by both parties and its registration in the records system of the Contracting Authority. The subject of the public procurement will be referred to in this documentation as "FURNISHING/IT" for short.
