"Delivery and installation of movable equipment (ready products, equipment) under the project: "Mountain School without Borders" (acronym M.S.W.B), with project code: ROBG 00252, financed under the INTERREG VI-A Program Romania-Bulgaria 2021-2027 under specific positions" The specific positions are as follows: Designated Item No. 1 "Delivery and installation of container type"; Separate item No. 2 "Ski conveyor belt delivery and installation". The conditions under which the subject of the order will be implemented, the rights and obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor for each of the individual items, which are awarded through this procedure are in accordance with the documentation for the public procurement and the draft contract for each of the individual positions, as well as in accordance with the applicable regulations.
