• Description:
• The subject of the order is the supply and installation of equipment and furnishings for the needs of the Municipality of Pleven and its budget structures, the main goal of which is to ensure healthy and quality working conditions, as well as a suitable, favorable environment for the provision of specialized social services.
  The performance of this public procurement is related to the delivery and installation of:
  Visitor's chair - 30 pieces; Office desk - 30 pieces; Metal racks - 50 pieces, Metal cabinet for documents - 5 pieces, One-wing wardrobe made of chipboard - 15 pieces, Double wardrobe - 5 pieces, Dining chairs - 25 pieces, Extendable armchair - 10 pieces and others, detailed in the technical specification.
  The indicated quantities of the items in the technical specification are estimates.
  The contracting authority reserves the right not to declare the given estimated quantity of goods in full, as well as to demand delivery of goods above the estimated quantities until the total value of the contract is reached.
  The contracting authority will declare the relevant furniture/equipment by means of a contract letter specifying the type, quantity, address of delivery and installation, and invoice data.
  Availability and condition for exercising the option:
