• Description:
• 1. The proposed equipment must be new, unused, in the current production list of the manufacturer, meeting the Bulgarian standards for the degree of protection and electromagnetic compatibility, whose power units meet the CE, PFC standards (or their equivalents) and are adapted to work in the standardized electrical network in the Republic of Bulgaria 220-240V/50 Hz; 2. The Participant must possess a contract or other authorizing document issued by the manufacturer or his official representative that he is authorized to carries out commercial and service activities on the territory of the country. 3. The Participant must indicate an exact model of the offered item, as well as URL address/es from the manufacturer's official page to information about the specific model or submit copies of the technical catalogs, brochures, etc. of the manufacturer with a specification of the technical characteristics of the offered equipment. 4. The Participant must declare that in the event of a stoppage of the production of the offered equipment during the procedure or during the execution of the order, due to the implementation of new technologies, the applicant will offer to supply products with the same or better characteristics. 5. Contained in the technical specification or in this announcement or in the documentation as a whole indication of a specific model, source or specific process that characterizes the products, trade mark, patent, type or particular origin or manufacture shall be read and understood as "or equivalent/s". 6.
