• Delivery and installation of sports equipment This order is divided into two separate positions and includes the supply and installation of sports facilities and equipment for the needs of a newly built Sports Center at the MU-Plovdiv, according to the annexes to this documentation Technical specifications - Appendix No. 1.1 and 1.2. OP No. 1: "Delivery and installation of sports equipment" - 140,000 euros without VAT. OP No. 2: "Delivery of sports equipment" - 24,824 euros without VAT. On the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Civil Code and in connection with Art. 7 of PPZOP, the Contracting Authority will assign the execution of supplies under OP No. 2 in the order of their individual value by direct award - art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code. The allocation of this separate position was carried out in the presence of the required conditions, according to the provision of art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP. The total estimated value of the order is EUR 164,824 excluding VAT. After subtracting the value of OP No. 2, the remaining value of the order is EUR 140,000 excluding VAT Delivery and installation of sports equipment for the needs of newly built Sports Center at MU-Plovdiv. The subject of the specific position includes the delivery and installation of sports equipment for the equipment of a newly built Sports Center at MU-Plovdiv, located on the territory of the Medical College, 120 Bratya Buxton St., Plovdiv. The requirements of this technical specification are considered mandatory minimum requirements for the bids proposed by the participants.
