- The present public procurement covers the execution of delivery with the subject "Delivery and warranty maintenance of electric vehicles for the needs of the education system in the Republic of Bulgaria" in 4 lots. The procedure is divided into 4 separate positions, and each of them should a framework agreement was concluded with 1 contractor, in which all conditions were not determined. The quantity of deliveries will depend on the specific needs of the EPS for the education system that arise for the term of the framework agreements. List of lots:
Lot # 1: "Delivery on electric cars with 4+1 seats, compact class ";
Lot 2: "Delivery of electric buses with 9+1 to 15+1 seats";
Lot 3: "Delivery of electric buses with 16+1 to 20+1 seats";
Lot No 4: "Delivery of electric buses with from 26+1 to 36+1 places adapted to access requirements for persons with limited mobility. "
The contracting authority reserves the right not to assign at all to the framework agreements, to assign less, as well as more than the specified estimated value, as the volume of deliveries on each of the lots depends Mainly of four factors:
