Delivery and warranty service of 3 (three) new, unused motor vehicles (branded with police signs), to support practical training at the Center for Specialization and Vocational Training (CSP) - Pazardzhik, CSP - Kazanlak and CSP - Varna under AMVR. The subject of the order falls within the scope of Article 2, item 3, letter "b" of Ordinance No. H-21 of December 19, 2023, on the requirements for clean vehicles, dealing with exceptions when awarding public contracts for the supply of motor vehicles, namely: "vehicles means designed and manufactured or adapted for use by civil protection, fire services and services responsible for maintaining public order". The subject of the order is related to the purchase of adapted vehicles for use under a special mode of use, directly related to the specific functions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in its capacity as an institution responsible for maintaining public order. The cars are necessary to improve the professional training of the employees, carrying out activities related to the safety of road traffic and optimizing the conduct of practical training classes in the discipline "Road Traffic Control".
