Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes delivery and warranty service of 4 portable Roman spectrometers.
Warranty support covers the following activities:
- elimination of any malfunctions or defects (mechanical, optical, electrical or electronic) of the technique inThe term of warranty maintenance, provided that they are not the result of improper operation, unskilled intervention, negligence or action/inaction of the contracting authority.Replacing the defective parts with new original ones.
- software support, including the right to use new versions during the warranty maintenance period.All the necessary consumables and spare parts at the expense of the contractor.
The requirements for equipment and technical support and the conditions for executing the order are detailed in the technical specification and the draft contract.

The selected contractor should hold a one -day oneTraining of no more than 10 (ten) employees, at its own expense, for working with the technique of the place for execution of the contract - Sofia, 1 Alexander Malinov Blvd., DNF - Ministry of Interior, on the day of delivery, as the same is carried out in Bulgarian and includes training for work with the software and hardwareOn the head of mothers ...
