Description:
1. This public procurement covers delivery and warranty support of computer equipment under two separate items.
The specific positions are as follows:
Separate item No. 1: "Delivery and warranty support of computer equipment";
Separate item No. 2: "Delivery of computer accessories'.
Separate item No. 2 - "Delivery of computer accessories" is assigned according to the order valid for its individual value, on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP by direct assignment under Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code. The total value of Separate Item No. 2 is BGN 49,990.00 excluding VAT with all costs of implementation and awarded in this way, does not exceed BGN 156,464 excluding VAT, as well as 20 percent of the total value of the order.
The participants in this public procurement should NOT submit bids for Separate position No. 2 - "Supply of computer accessories".
2. Period of Performance under Separate item No. 1 - the participant selected as a contractor undertakes to deliver the entire amount of computer equipment within the period specified in his technical proposal (the delivery period cannot be longer than 105 (one hundred and five) calendar days), starting from the date of signing the contract. The participant selected as the contractor undertakes to carry out warranty maintenance of the computer equipment delivered by him within a period of 3 (three) years, which begins to run from the date of signing a bilateral acceptance-handover protocol in the order provided for in the draft contract.
