- The present public procurement covers the execution of delivery with the subject "Delivery and warranty support of motor vehicles for the needs of the education system in the Republic of Bulgaria" in 3 lots. The procedure is divided into 3 lots, and each of them should be conclude a framework agreement with 1 contractor, in which all conditions are not determined. The amount of deliveries will depend on the specific needs of the vehicle for the education system that arise for the term of the framework agreements. List of lots:
Lot # 1: "Delivery of cars with 4+1 seats, middle class ";
Lot 2: "Delivery of buses with 9+1 to 16+1 seats with all wheels (4x4)";
Lot # 3: "Delivery of buses with 35+1 to 45+1 seats adapted to access requirements for persons with limited mobility".
Assignor reserves the right not to outsource to the framework agreements at all, to assign less, as well as more than the estimated estimated value, with the volume of supply on each of the lots depending on three factors:
