• The subject of the public order is: "Supply of asphalt mixture and bitumen emulsion for carrying out repair works on the streets on the territory of Harmanli Municipality"
  Brief description of the order: The order is for the periodic purchase of asphalt mixture and bitumen emulsion, necessary for the implementation of the activity of the municipal enterprise in the maintenance and repair of roads, streets and parking lots on the territory of Harmanli Municipality for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the maximum value of the order is reached - whichever of the two events occurs earlier.
  0bem: Within the scope of this order, the following indicative quantities are provided for the needs of the OP "Prevention, improvement and construction" - Harmanli:
  1. Dense asphalt mixture - 1200 tons;
  2. Bitumen emulsion - 15 tons;
  IMPORTANT! The specified quantities are estimated, and the Employer does not undertake to use them completely (100%). The contracting authority has the right to exceed/underestimate the estimated purchase quantities of each of the specified materials, within the limit value of the contract.
  Maximum estimated value of the public procurement:
  170,000.00 (one hundred and seventy thousand) BGN without VAT or 204,000.00 (two hundred and four thousand leva) leva with VAT.
