Scope of the public procurement:
The scope of the public procurement includes deliveries of asphalt mixtures, according to requests made by the CONTRACTING PARTY, through the director of the OP "Blagostruyavane i prevention" at the Municipality of Rakovski. The execution of the order concerns the following types of asphalt mixtures:
1.Aasphalt mixtures for the main layer of the coating AC 31.5 base A0 with BW 50/70 - estimated quantity 5,000 tons;
2. Asphalt mixtures for the bottom layer of the coating AC 16 binder With BW 50/70 - estimated quantity 15,000 tons
3. Asphalt mixtures wearing layer of the coating AC 12.5 izn A BV 45/80-65 for heavy and veryheavy traffic - estimated amount 5,000 tons
4. Asphalt mixtures for wearing layer of the coating AS 12.5 ex. A with BV 50/70 - estimated amount 15,000 tons
5. Asphalt mixtures for wearing layer of the coating AS 8 ex A BV 50/70 red estimated quantity 2,000 tons
Quantities are estimatedand The contracting authority is not obliged to fully absorb them. In the event that the amount of asphalt mixture is reached, the performance continues until the total agreed value (price) is reached or until the contract expires.will be exercised and undertaken by and at the expense of the OP "Improvement and Prevention" of the Municipality of Rakovski.
Transport is at the expense of the Contractor (this includes all types of travel expenses, tolls, etc.) and must be included in the single price of the asphalt mixture.
