• The subject of this public procurement is: "Delivery of asphalt mixtures for the needs of OP "Improvement and Prevention" to the Municipality of Rakovski 2026-2028." Scope of the public procurement: The scope of the public procurement includes supplies of asphalt mixtures, according to the requests made by the CONTRACTING PARTY, through the director of the OP "Improvement and Prevention" at the Municipality of Rakovski. The execution of the order concerns the following types of asphalt mixtures: Asphalt mixtures for the base layer of the coating AC 31.5 base A0 with BV 50/70 - estimated amount of 2,000 tons; Asphalt mixtures for the lower layer of the coating AS 16 binder C BV 50/70 - estimated quantity 13,600 tons Asphalt mixtures wearing layer of the coating AC 12.5 izn A BV 45/80-65 for heavy and very heavy traffic - estimated quantity 2,000 tons Asphalt mixtures for the wear layer of the coating AC 12.5 izn A with BV 50/70 - estimated quantity 13,000 tons Asphalt mixtures for wear layer of the coating AC 4 ex. A BV 50/70 - estimated quantity 2,000 tons Quantities are approximate - The contracting authority is not obliged to fully absorb them. In case the amount of asphalt mixture is reached, the performance continues until the total agreed value (price) is reached or until the contract expires. The rights and obligations that arise for The contracting authority, after the selection of the Contractor, will be exercised and taken over by and at the expense of OP "Blagostrujane i prevention" to the Municipality of Rakovski.
