Subject of the public procurement, technical specification and requirements: supply, installation, commissioning of medical equipment necessary for the activity of UMBAL PROF. Dr. STOYAN KIRKOVICH AD, and training of medical specialists to work with the equipment. The public procurement is not divided into specific positions. Reasons: The subject of the present public procurement is not divided into separate items, given the specifics of the procurement - ​​delivery of one device, the components of which do not imply separate deliveries, therefore in view of the main objective of the PPA to achieve efficiency in spending public funds, it is not appropriate to divide it into separate items, since the aim is to achieve an optimal result for the delivery, incl. and availability of warranty support. The total estimated value of the public procurement is EUR 81,806.81 excl. VAT, determined before 01.01.2026, in BGN (160,000 BGN excluding VAT) through market research, due to non-submission of bids in market consultations announced in TSAIS under Art. 44 with the same subject (T532779). If somewhere in the set technical requirements for the equipment a specific model, source, process, trademark, patent, type, origin or production is indicated, it should always be read and understood as "or equivalent".
