- The order includes the delivery of one piece of medical equipment - an automatic tissue processor (histokinet) for the needs of the Department of Clinical Pathology. In Appendix 1 to the Technical Specification, the name, mandatory working characteristics and functional requirements that the device must meet. The subject of the public procurement includes the implementation of the following activities: Delivery of a new medical device - automatic tissue processor (histokinet) in original packaging up to 30 /thirty/ calendar days, counted from the date of signing the contract, to the place of delivery; Installation, diagnosis, adjustment and commissioning within 3 /three/ calendar days after delivery; Training of the Employer's staff to work with the delivered Medical equipment is up to 3 (three) calendar days, counted from its commissioning; Full warranty for the duration of the contract, including one-time annual prevention and removal of defects that appeared within the warranty period - the Contractor removes with its forces and means all Nonconformities of the Medical Equipment, accordingly replaces defective parts and/or components with new ones, according to the warranty conditions and the Contractor's Technical Proposal.
