• Delivery of net active electrical energy of low voltage for the needs of MBAL "Dr. Atanas Dafovski" JSC, town of Kardzhali, provision of a consumption forecasting service, as well as preparation of schedules by the coordinator of the balancing group, their submission, correcting the submitted schedules if necessary, responsibility for balancing and all activities related to participation in the free electricity market of the contracting authority for a period of 12 months.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ active electrical energy for the needs of "Dr. Atanas Dafovski" Medical Center AD, Kardjali is 3000 MWh. The estimated value of the order is 677,374.82 (six hundred and seventy-seven thousand three hundred and seventy-four euros and eighty-two euro cents) euros without VAT incl. Estimated value of a commercial allowance to cover the costs of forecasting and balancing, financing and administration of electricity transactions - 2.97 euros excluding VAT. Excise taxes are included in the total estimated value of the order under Art. 20, Paragraph 2, Item 17 of the Law on Excise Taxes and Tax Warehouses, network services ("transmission and access" fees to the electricity distribution and electricity transmission networks), commercial allowance to cover the costs of forecasting and balancing, financing and administration of transactions with electric energy, as well as legally determined supplements to the price of electric energy according to ZE and PTEE.
