• For the needs of NEK EAD, it is necessary to deliver branded clothing - sweatshirts, various types of t-shirts and hats with a visor. The public procurement is reserved in the sense of art. 12 of the ZOP and is intended for assigning participants under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code (specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities or for business entities whose main purpose is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged people), since the subject includes the supply of goods in accordance with the general terminology dictionary, adopted by Decision No. 591 of 18.07.2016 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria.
