- The subject of the qualification system for the selection of business entities is the supply by purchase of teeth for buckets for rotary excavators - castings necessary for the correct, safe and accident-free operation of the heavy mining equipment in "Mini Maritsa-East" EAD.
The products that will be assigned under specific porder announced through the current qualification system and the indicative quantities for a period of 36 months are as follows:
- Delivery of a tooth for SRs 4000, made according to the construction documentation provided by the Employer: Adapter - 900 pieces; Crown 9,000 pieces; Retainer - 900 pieces;
Providedthat the tooth is assembled, the quantities are indicative and will be requested according to the production needs that have arisen
- Delivery of teeth for SRs 1200, K 400 and KWK 400, made according to the design documentation provided by the Employer (the tooth is the same for the three excavators) - 2 700 pieces;
- Deliveryper tooth for ERs 710, made according to the construction documentation provided by the Contracting Authority - 3,000 pieces;
The quantities of products cannot be determined with absolute accuracy, due to the nature of the activity related to them, conditioned by the heavy operating modes of any kind in the conditions of "Mini Maritsa-iztok" EAD.
The quantities of products will be determined in each specific order launched through the current qualification system.
