• The object of this public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, as the contractor selected for the public procurement should deliver for a period of 12 (twelve) months, starting from the signing of the contract, delivery through the purchase of building structures, iron and construction material and related products, auxiliary construction materials, by subject and volume according to the Technical Specification. The estimated value of the public procurement is up to BGN 4,500.00 or EUR 2,300.81 excluding VAT. Place of fulfillment of the order: In case of requests with an appointment delivery to the administrative building of TP "DGS Tvarditsa", Str. "Balkan" №29, during the working hours of the administration or directly purchased from the commercial outlet of the contractor, which must be in the territory of the Municipality of Sliven and/or the Municipality of Tvarditsa, according to the Technical Specification.
