- The implementation of the subject of this public procurement includes activities for the delivery of car lights and consumables for them. All activities, as well as the full description of the required car luminaries and consumables for them, are detailed in the technical specification (Annex No. 1), an integral part of the procurement documentation.
Public procurement with the subject "Delivery of automotive luminaires, consumables for them and bulbs of 2 separate positions", with an estimated value of the contract up to BGN 450,000.00 (four hundred and fifty thousand) BGN without VAT, consists of Two lots: Lot # 1: "Delivery of automotive luminaires and consumables for them" worth up to BGN 400,000.00 (four hundred thousand) BGN without VAT and a separate position № 2: "Delivery of car bulbs" worth up to BGN 50,000.00 (Petty Thousand) BGN excluding VAT.
For the purposes of The contracting authority will only award the Lot No 1: "Delivery of automotive luminaires and consumables for them" worth up to BGN 400,000.00 (four hundred thousand) BGN excluding VAT. The procedure is initiated on the grounds of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1 of the PPA in connection with Art. 20, para. 1, item 3, letter "b" - through an open procedure under the terms and conditions of Art. 133, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and according to PPPOP.
