Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the delivery of new, unused cars for the needs of the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna. The order includes delivery, warranty and servicing of three Category M1 vehicles divided into two separate Item.
Within the warranty period, the contractor eliminates with its own forces and means all damage and/or inconsistencies of cars, respectively, replaced defective parts and/or components and/or software with new ones according to the guarantee conditions of the manufacturer and the technical proposal of The contractor. All costs of eliminating warranty problems, repairs or replacement of defective parts and devices, as well as transporting the vehicle in these cases from its location to the contracting author The warranty period is at the expense of the contractor.
By service, the required planned service maintenance with the manufacturer prescribed by the manufacturer determined in calendar period or mileage of the car.
The Provider should have a service network on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, for warranty and servicing of cars - according to the terms and conditions of the warranty.
