- Legal basis: The contracting authority announces the present procedure for awarding a public contract on the basis of Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, art. 19, para. 1, in connection with Art. 73, para. 1 and Art. 74 of the ZOP.
The term of delivery of the cars and their handover to the Employer is as follows:
According to Special Item No. 1 "New, unused electric car - 1 pc.": up to 90 (ninety) calendar days, starting from the date of signing the public procurement contract.
Under Separate item No. 2 "New passenger minibus 7 + 1 seats - 1 pc.": up to 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days, starting from the date of signing the contract for public procurement.
Estimated value of the order: The maximum estimated value of the order is up to BGN 222,743.00 (two hundred twenty-two thousand seven hundred forty-three BGN and zero cents) BGN excluding VAT.
Separate item No. 1 "New, unused electric car - 1 No.: 93,497.00 (ninety-three thousand four hundred and ninety-seven BGN and zero cents) BGN without VAT.
Separate item No. 2 "New passenger van 7 + 1 seats - 1 pc.": 101,246.00 (one hundred and one thousand two hundred and forty-six BGN and zero cents) BGN without VAT.
Separate item No. 3 "Used passenger car 6+1 seats - 1 pc.': 28,000.00 (twenty-eight thousand BGN and zero cents) BGN without VAT.
