Description:
The subject of the public procurement is related to the delivery of motor vehicles for the needs of Water Supply and Sewerage Vratsa. The public procurement is divided into two lots as follows:
- Lot # 1 - "Delivery of high -end cars type" Pickup ";
- Lot # 2 -" Delivery of2 pcs. Car Car ";
The contracting authority assigns a separate position No. 2 in accordance with Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act - the contracting authorities may assign separate positions in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the relevant separate position does not exceed 156 464BGN for supplies and services and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract. In these cases, regardless of the residual value of the order, it is assigned in the order applicable to the total estimated value of the wholeorder. The estimated value of the public procurement is BGN 1 094 990 excluding VAT, the estimated value of the lot 1 is BGN 1 045 000 excluding VAT, at the lot № 2 - 49 990 BGN without VAT.
