Description:
The term of the contract is intended to be 24 (twenty-four) months, starting from the date of its signing by the parties or until reaching the maximum value of the contract, determined in accordance with the offer of the selected contractor, depending on which of the specified circumstances will occurfirst in time. Upon the occurrence of the first of the aforementioned alternative and independent grounds for termination, the contract is terminated automatically, without the need for either party to send a notification or notice to the other party.
Price and method of payment - singlethe price of the relevant goods in the subject of the order is determined according to the price offer of the participant selected as the contractor (Appendix 1 to the contract for public procurement), with the contracting authority paying the contractor only the actually performed, accounted for and accepted according to the terms of the delivery contractand at prices specified in its price proposal.
The method of payment is detailed in Section II of the draft contract to the public procurement documentation.
The maximum value of the public procurement contract corresponds to the total price for the execution of the order specified in the price beforeof the selected contractor.
On the basis of Art. 116, para. 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act provides for the possibility of indexation of the unit prices for the performance of the subject of the public procurement:
