• Description:
• The subject of the order envisages making periodic deliveries, carried out through the purchase of solvents and chemical reagents. The procedure is divided into 5 separate items, as follows: Separate position No. 1 "Delivery of High molecular synthetics compounds' Separate item No. 2 "Delivery of Inorganic substances and materials" Separate item No. 3 "Supply of Low molecular weight organic chemicals and reagents" Separate item No. 4 "Supply of Natural Substances and Materials" Separate item No. 5 "Delivery of Solvents' Separate positions from No. 6 to No. 14, inclusive, are assigned on the basis of Art. 20, para. 4 in connection with Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP. The articles, the subject of the order, are used to carry out the scientific research activity of the Contracting Authority and the exact amount that would be required for any particular study is established during the research process. Due to this circumstance, at the date of the order announcement, the specific needs (quantities) of the Employer cannot be determined exactly. The contracting authority is not obliged to order the full volume of the quantities specified in the specification. The subject of the separate item includes 20 articles, which are described in detail in the technical specification for the respective item. Each of the items, subject of delivery in fulfillment of this order should be suitable for use, and on the date of delivery it is permissible that no more than 1/3 of the expiration date specified by the manufacturer has expired.
