• The subject of the order envisages making periodic deliveries, carried out through the purchase of solvents and chemical reagents. The procedure is divided into 5 separate items, as follows: Separate position No. 1 "Delivery of High molecular synthetics compounds' Separate item No. 2 "Delivery of Inorganic substances and materials" Separate item No. 3 "Supply of Low molecular weight organic chemicals and reagents" Separate item No. 4 "Supply of Natural Substances and Materials" Separate item No. 5 "Delivery of Solvents' The specific positions of this public procurement were part of public procurement ROP No. 01483-2025-0005, but were discontinued. According to public order ROP No. 01483-2025-0005, specific positions were assigned based on Art. 20, para. 4 in connection with art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP. The subject of the separate heading includes 19 articles, which are described in detail in the technical specification for the respective heading. Each of the items subject to delivery in fulfillment of this order should be suitable for use, and on the date of delivery it is permissible that no more than 1/3 of the shelf life specified by the manufacturer has expired.
