• Description:
• On the basis of Art. 12 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), the public procurement is reserved for awarding specialized enterprises or cooperatives to people with disabilities. The goods subject to delivery, included in the scope of the public procurement, fall into the List of goods under Art. 12, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Law on Public Procurement (PPA), determined by Decision No. 591/18.07.2016 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria).

  The public order includes plastic buckets 12 liters +/- 0.5 l. with attachment for squeezing with handle: 300 pieces; garbage bags 35 l., 20 pcs./roll - 10,000 rolls; garbage bags with a width of 60 to 70 cm, a length of 90 to 100 cm and a thickness of not less than 100 microns - 15,000 pcs.; burlap package 60 x 90 cm.; 110 microns, 10 no. in a package - 500 packages.
  The specified quantities in the separate items are estimated, determined on the basis of previous consumption and newly emerging needs of the Contracting Authority.
